We are using cisco 871 and 861W for some home offices and configured site to site vpn tunnel back to HQ, but the users keep complaining about the router hangs after several days and need to be rebooted to make it work again. Everything works fine except it hangs sometimes. What is the problem? Anybody can help? Thanks!

Hi,
Are you sure that the router hangs when this happens?
I mean... perhaps the internet connection goes down and rebooting the router fixes the problem?
Can you try accesing the router via telnet/SSH/GUI when the problem happens and see if the router is responsive?
