Cisco 881 rate-limit question

Hello fellas,

I have the following situation: I have a router, which is routing two networks 192.168.1.1 (LAN) and 213.222.x.x (WAN, ISP). I want to limit a certain pool of users to be able to use only 5mbit/s download/upload speed.

Can you please give some examples what access lists and rate-limits I should configure in order to achieve the goal?

You might want to take a look at CAR:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/11_1/feature/guide/CAR.html

You can specify with an access-list the traffic you want to rate-limit on a per-interface basis.
