cisco 9200 High Inut/Outptu discard Rx 0.00% Tx 31.87%on interface

Hi,

Recently  we have been experiencing a lot of network disconnections,  in the log the port does not go down.

In the DNA center  I see errot messages like this.

cisco 9200 High Inut/Outptu discard Rx 0.00% Tx 31.87%on interface gi 1/0/36

There are no errors on the port (no crc no input error ) 
Does anyone have an idea what the problem is.
