Cisco 9200 rommon mode wont let me do anything

hi there,

cisco catalyst 9200 after factory reset all, wont let me connect to ftp server, usb not working... have configured ip_address and try to ping tftp server computer but no success... any advice please, I have followed many cisco tutorials with no succeed

Hi 

Can you help me about this issue? I also have this problem and I cannot use usb or other ways. Can not ping tftp too. I use my laptop as tftp server.
