When upgrading Cisco 9200L series switches, do they all use the same file?

Would upgrading C9200L-48P-4X and C9200L048P-4G use the same file?

9200/9200L use the same firmware file.

No.  9300L uses the same firmware file as the 9200/9200L, example:  cat9k_lite_iosxe.17.12.03.SPA.bin. 

9300/9300X uses the same firmware file as the 9400/9500/9500X/9600, example:  cat9k_iosxe.17.12.03.SPA.bin.
