Cisco 9300 - HTTP/HTTPS doesn't work. Help

So I've enabled HTTP and HTTPS.

 

I'm able to get to the login page and login. However it takes me to what you would think the main dashboard/website but I only see the Cisco logo and the back button.

 

I've ran a debug ip http and I am getting the following error. If HTTPS is on or off.

 

HTTP:Enable sock read

Can you post the output of "sh run"?

Did you try a different browser at all?

Yes multiple browsers.


I should add I tried another switch which is a 9200 that behaves the same way at this site.

The the switch offline (off the network) and connect the PC to this switch and see if it works.

Depending on the firmware version, try a different browser, particularly older browser versions.

 - Upgrade to advisory software version (if applicable) : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286315874/type/282046477/release/Amsterdam-17.3.4 . check if that can help.
