Cisco 9300-L 48P POST failed

Hi,

Recently I purchased 9300L 24P and 48P switches. and upon installation all work fine.

but after some time upon power outage some of the this switches the POE failed. up on checking the logs, it says POST failed listing all the gigabit interfaces. I did all the possible troubleshooting methods i could fine which didn't fix it. And I found some articles state that the POE module is failed.

So am kindly here for the community responses and help.

and please don't mention about the warranty thing.

And why not, exactly? 

Every Catalyst 9300/9300L/9300X comes with Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty with every purchase.  There is really no excuse not to RMA.

If the switch is dead, call Cisco TAC and organize an RMA.

Yeah I know that, but its because the I don't have the purchasing details.

to add on this the switch is working fine. i mean only the poe+ is failed.

The PoE module has failed.  That is grounds for an RMA.

Did you, at the very least, try and arrange for an RMA?
