Solved: Cisco 9500 switch

cisco 9500-24Q setup as a distribution switch. Stackwise control is set up as layer 2 with one SVI setup for management, with IP routing enable there is no layer 3 connectivity but if you disable IP Routing layer 3 working fine. Help!!
