Hello,
I have a problem with this switch, we received this as a product to train on without any credentials, looking online on how to reset this was simple however problems occurred.
Firstly when powering off and holding mode the console would loose connection and when it would reconnect it would go to an normal boot.
Secondly, what software would you guys recommend to use to reset the password, I have currently tried Putty and HyperTerminal
