Cisco Catalyst 2960X-24PS-L - Management Issues

I am having issues connecting to the new Cisco Catalyst 2960X-24PS-L switches via USB.

I am successfully connecting from the same PC to Cisco 2960C series and Cisco 2960S switches, but the 2960X switches aren't always working.

Any hints?

How are you connecting a USB to a switch port?

Console port.

So I was able to get it working:

Updated to latest version of Putty, connected something to a switch port and then made sure flow control was off.

A bit different than the older switches.
