i have problems with the cisco switch , in the UPS maintenance the cisco switch was tun off and when go back turn on the switch was blocked .
all leds are on :
Syst on ambar
Rps on green
Stat on green
Duplx on green
Speed on green
Poe on green
i tried to do the hard reset , power off the switch and hold Mode button of the switch(left side of the front panel) and then power ON and then release the mode button after few seconds but nothing the switch still blocked
anyone to know a proccess to reset the switch or the switch is dead ?
additional i cant to see nothing by hyperterminal connection
