Cisco(ISR router & Switch) mini USB console driver for window 7

hi guys

I have a c2960s-48-TS-L  switch, cisco2911 router Cab-console-USB typeA and mini-B , but i am not able to connect to PC via console.

Please help me to find the cisco mini usb driver for win7.
