Cisco Network Assistant Support

Is Cisco Network Assistant still being supported? If it is supported, where do I find support?

With current version 5.9(9.1), I can select save configuration, a green bar shows progress but there is no backup file to be found either in the backup location given or to be found for restoring.

The release notes say the CNA supports the wireless controller ex 2504. How is SNMP community configured so the CNA sees the 2504?

You would need a service contract to get support.

I do have service contact and I am told no support by Cisco wireless controller group. The Cisco wireless group tried to pass to the Cisco switch group which said they do not support wireless controllers.
