Cisco Packet Tracer - Error on PC in simulation mode

I'm trying to pass a packet from PC0 to PC3. But it gives me an error on the PC0 itself.

Within network data packets are passed successfully. Error comes when passing to another network.

I have configured all the PCs statically and given dynamic routing for the routers.

All the ports are configured properly since they all are live.

The error is captured in the image below

 Find attached a working file.

It was missing:

- Dynamic routing protocoll between router. I enabled RIP version 2

-IP address on serial interface

-IP address on the Routers Lan interface
