Cisco Packet Tracer - Subnetting and Configuring Static Routes

Hello! I wanted to learn networking aside from programming and I have made an activity where I am stuck. In the file below, you will see that I have separated the PCs from another router and once I would like to ping any computer (inside router 1) it should ping its status but rather, it says Host Unreachable I'm confused how will I configure the static route as well as the serial IPV4 address and subnet mask.

Hello,

there is no routing configured (static or dynamic) between your routers. Also, the IP addresses of the hosts on the left are not in the same subnet as the default gateway. In order to facilitate the assignment of the correct IP addresses, I configured DHCP pools on both routers, and enabled DHCP on the first ten clients from the top down. You need to enable DHCP on all clients. I also added EIGRP as a routing protocol. You could use RIPv2 or OSPF as well.

Attached the revised file.
