Cisco Router 7600 continiously rebooting issue

Hi,  i have cisco 7606 and issue is router rebooted in 4 to 5 time in a day.  details given below and crashfile also attached.

Upgrade the firmware of the router.  It could be CSCsg20930.

Cisco 7600 Router was working fine for 1 year, but after upgrading switch in network, again reboot issue.

upgradation Reverted back, but reboot issue same
