cisco stack showing only active switch

Hi fellow cisco users , 

 

below  is  PID of  switch  and removed original mac for security purposes.

below is the scenario , where i ma seeing stacking is configured , but it is showing only active switch and what is wrong here , can someone  explain ? 

PID: C9300-48UXM
988-as10#sh switch detail
Switch/Stack Mac Address : EWEE.JJJJ.KKKK - Local Mac Address
Mac persistency wait time: Indefinite
H/W Current

Hello @saitejatvn 

This could be due to physical cable issues, misconfiguration, or a problem with the second switch. Verify the physical connections and check the configuration of the second switch in the stack.

It looks like you have a stack cabling problem.
