Hi,
I would like to monitor the access to a cisco switch by sending an SNMP trap for both logon failure and success syslog events, but seems that the trap is not generated.
This is my configuration:
login block-for 15 attempts 15 within 60
login on-failure log
login on-success log
log config
logging enable
notify syslog contenttype plaintext
logging history notifications
logging trap notifications
snmp-server enable traps syslog
snmp-server host monitor_server community_string
Can someone help on this topic please?
Thank you

Hi,
I tried to add it but it doesn't work.
Some other traps are working fine.

- Try : (config)#snmp-server enable traps aaa_server

Hi Marce,
aaa_server is not available as parameter.
I'm using cisco 2960-x, is there any limitation for this model?
Thanks
