Please confirm whether Cisco Switches comes with built in surge protection device.

I'm unaware of any.

If there were any, I would think Cisco might indicate how to confirm the device's surge protection is still good, as I believe many surge protection technologies, when subjected to a surge, might only be capable of doing that effectively once.
