Cisco Switch WS-C2960 POE and 7841 / 8851 Cisco IP Phones

I need to know if this type of switch  Cisco Switch WS-C2960-24pcl-L  provide enough of Power for Cisco IP Phones 7841 and 8851 .

7800 requires PoE (15.4w) only but 8800 requires PoE+ (30.0w).

 POE Consumption for this type of Switch  provide 370 Watt  ( total Number of Ports POE ). 

370Watt / 24 Ports =  15.4 Watt  which can provide POE for 7841  not 8851 Phone types .

am I right ?

8851 requires 30.0w PoE. To power up the 8851, look for a switch that can support 30.0w per port. Start with 2960X and work your way up the 3650 or 3850 family.
Remember to budget the allowance carefully. It doesn't mean, for example, a 48-port switch can supply 30.0w to all ports. Instead, there are some models which can "guarantee" 15.4w to all ports but not 30.0w.
