Cisco switches for Villas/Housing appartments

Hi,

Which Cisco 24 and 48 port POE+ switches are more suitable/recommended for residence villas and appartments.

Is SG220-28MP-K9 , 350 SG350X-24MP-K9-UK and SG350X-48MP-K9-UK good?   Only 1G uplinks are required.

these models will certainly work. Keep in mind though that these small business switches do not run a full IOS, but rather a stripped down version, which is fine in most cases...

Catalyst 1000 or 2960L Seems more useful, especially for Ip phones. Because LLDP MED in SG series do not work good.
My Avaya phones work as expected on Catalyst but not accept voice VLAN from LLDP MED when connect to SG350.

I would suggest you look at the meraki MS models, very easy to implement and administer,  Can be pre-reconfigured even before have the physical hardware and would be ideal for residential buildings.
