give me some insight from the process below . is the hike is high or normal ?

1- show proc cpu sorted | ex 0.00

2- show proc cpu history

3- show log

4- show span detail | in ieee|from|occur|is exec

Do you have SVIs on this switch?  How many? If you have HSRP configured,  please provide the output from "sh standby brief"? As Inayath requested,  STP info will be helpful too.
