Generally speaking , how many class of service are available in most of the service providers and from your experience with SP and enterprise  how may classes the enterprises should consider  , to have their business better supported by  SPs

As per my understanding service provider can provide the below class or plan to have their business better.

1] Silver Plan

2] Gold Plan

3] Platinum Plan

But all these are nothing but its QoS.

Its all depend on your service provider.

Classs are define to provide better service that it.

Now what type of marking or DSCP he is using he know.

you can get all detail once you have disscussion with you SP.
