Cluster Issues

We have many switches that are configured as clusters. All of them have an ip. recently, we added a 3560 to a cluster of 3524's. At the time, we didnt have an extra GBIC, so I used a fastethernet port on the 3524 to a gig ethernet port on the 3560. The 3524 is the cluster commander, and found the 3560 w/no problems. My problem is i am unable to use the "rcommand" command to navigate to the new switch. When I do a "Show cluster member" it shows the newly added switch as up.

Any suggestions? TIA.

replace 'transport input telnet' with 'transport input none' in the first switch
