I can see command there is a command to check the voltage, power, temperature for sfp connection "show interfaces transceiver detail". Does the values meant  for transceiver or fiber cabling regarding the temp, voltage & power values? Is there any significance for these values  in the network infra?

Firstly, lower end transceivers often don't provide those stats.

Whether a particular stat is for the transceiver or the cable depends on the stat.

Yes, many, if perhaps all, if out of a expected range could have negative impact to the network infrastructure.  Degree of impact depends much how far out of range that stat is and its impact to short term and/or long term operation.

The switch is giving those details when I gave that command it gives me values like temp, voltage, power .

Okay, and?

ok.. i Just want to know the values which are given are of transceiver or fiber related? What is the logic behind it?

Things like voltage or temperature would usually apply to the transceiver.  Power could be transceiver electrical or fiber optical.

Often, Cisco command reference documentation will briefly explain meaning of various stats.  Have you checked for that?
