Configure command not working on Catalyst 2960L Smart Managed

 I'm trying to enter the configure mode from the console port but I'm getting unrecognized command when using the "Configure" command from the # enable mode.

If this command doesn't work then how can I configure REP or IGMP? The web UI doesn't seem to have any of those settings.

Hi, this is what I get.

When I hit the ? to see what commands are available, configure is not even listed. Is it somehow restricted and we need a command to enable it??

I actually have LAN LITE on my other 2960L non smart ( WS-C2960L-24TS-LL) and i don't have any issues with the CLI configuration. Maybe the smart managed version is the issue. What other ways are there to get REP and IGMP configured if i can't do it from the CLI?
