Configure picocomm on ISR4331 with IOS Version 15.4(3)S6

I have a ISR4331 router with a SM-X-ES3-24-P switch module installed in it. Unfortunately, one of my coworkers changed the Baud rate to 115200bps at the boot loader command prompt of the switch module. The switch module was stuck in a booting loop, and he trying to upload the IOS to the switch module.

Is there anyway that you can change the Baud rate for picocomm to 115200, which is used to connect from the router to the switch?

Or,

Is there another way that we can connect to the switch module and get to the boot loader prompt?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hw-module session x/x to connect to the switch:
