Configuring DHCP server and ACL

Yesterday I asked help regarding HSRP and VLAN configuration. Now there is part 2 of the same exercise, I have to configure DHCP server and some ACL's. With DHCP configuration I'm getting "dhcp failed apipa is being used" error and yes I know there are lots of material on google with this error, but nothing worked for me. For ACL parts I'm supposed to "block off" the servers from anything that comes from outside, except for DHCP request of course and allow the servers to reach everything normally. Can someone help with this one as well? I'm adding pkt file before DHCP configuration, if you need my failed attempts then I will add them as well.

Very Good.

The file I attached have DHCP working.

I had to enbled the DHCP service on DHCP server and assign to the server one IP address. Just it.

All the rest, is correct.

Take a look and let´s see the next step.
