Good evening!
I'm hoping someone can help us out with this unstable stack. For 8 months in testing a stack of 7 C9300-24UX units ran with no problems on 17.3.4 Dublin. This morning we moved the WAN, WiFi, IP phones and a Brocade switch stack over to them, where they ran for 4 hours without issue.
The we shut them down and moved them to the production rack, connecting the same cables. The the reloads started. For 12 hours we tried to get them to work, even unplugging the network connections, reseating stack cables, setting stack priority, even unplugging all members but 1 and 2. Now two keeps reloading with "active and standby" no longer reachable. When all 7 were connected, this would happen on all of them but member 1. I did see a critical software exception on member one about 6 hours into this problem.
Help?
Thanks in advance.

- @Brad Hodgins Use latest advisory software version on the stack , if applicable, to cope with bugs
Configure a central syslog server, check 'last gasp' logging , look for insights

- @Brad Hodgins I don't know whether your current version has a related bug, but that exemplifies
my argument for upgrading to the last advisory release.
You can also connect to the crashed stack member and issue the command
show version | inc reload
