Could-PT connection port not available

While using cloud PT and connecting the coaxial and ethernet, in the configuration of the cloud, under config>cable>add, it is showing port not available...have installed all the necessary modules and have successfully connected the coaxial and Ethernet connection but still it is showing no port available when going to add port....pls tell me how to resolve this issue

yes, this is because  by default Cloud is selected for DSL connection > see selection under Ether port page.

By default you have 1 Ethernet6 port and by default it is selected for DSL connection.  Change Ethernet 6 connection port to be Coax under Ethernet6 page. Then, you can add new Ethernet 6 to Coax connection. 

OR add another Ethernet port or Gig port to the cloud. then you have to go to that new GIG or Ethernet page and select Coax.
