CPU Load

I have checking out some minor cpu issues on one of my cat 2950's. I've

searched the documentation and cco but can't find the definition of the process

anyone can tell me what's mean of proce and is too high cpu load ?

If you have Cisco support, you can go here:

https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl

and enter the output results from the command you ran, that should give you an indication whether your percentages are good or not.
