cpu utilization on cisco router 2800

Hi,  I  would like to know what is the optimal cpu  utilization %  for a router 2800

with an IOS :c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-25a.bin.

  I am  checking  the statistics of my router and found  that   there are peaks of 70% of utilization in the cpu . Although  the  average is  40 or 50%. On the other hand,  it is running  the ip

accounting   for almost  1 week and   I am not sure if I should  be disabled the ip accounting.
