Hello, I apologize if this is being asked in the wrong area.
I'm an American living in the Philippines now and we had Sky Cable come out and install
cable tv and Internet with a Cisco wireless router DCP2320
The router keeps restarting every 30 seconds. The Internet will let you connect and load a page then the router
itself, the lights go off and it automatically restarts itself. Lights come back on on the front of the router, and a connection is established again then same thing occurs.
It just keeps restarting and restarting. We called Sky to come back out, they replaced the router
with another DCP2320 and it too does the same thing. They said they checked the line and used a new splitter for the cable tv/internet and "it should work".
Can anyone offer any help please, it would be greatly appreciated.
Could it be the technician did an incorrect setup, or something somewhere is faulty? Or just the area has no good Internet signal perhaps?
I can provide more info if needed and again, any help is appreciated. Sky Cable is no help and now seems too busy to return
phone calls.
