DHCP / ARP broadcast through wireless Bridge

Having L2 issue hoping to be pointed in the right direction.

Have CAT3750 + Aironet 1252.  CAT + Aironet trunked multiple vlans.  One of the vlans is dedicated for Dish Network TV system.

The Dish hopper wifi is working fine as it talks directly with AP.  Dish joeys however use a bridging function through the hopper.  Running into DHCP / ARP broadcast issue with the Joeys as they never get an IP address.  (CAT --> Aironet --> Dish Hopper bridge --> Joeys)  I have identified that the Joeys DHCP request make it to the CAT3750 DHCP server.  CAT issues a lease...however the assigned IP never gets back to the joey via the hopper bridge.  Following the DHCP lease to the joey the CAT ARP table shows IP as INCOMPLETE and then disappears.  DHCP leases remain.

Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Few things I've done on all related interfaces (dot11s, sub int, CAT vlan int)

IP proxy arp

IP redirects

IP unreachables

Aironet BVI1

ip dhcp helper address (IP of CAT MGT vlan1)

Getting back to this.  Believe found problem but no solution.

Cisco IOS Release 15.3(3)JAB.release notes show caveat:  CSCun27768

Clients behind 3rd party WGB and 3rd party WGB fail DHCP process since AP do not forward DHCP offer to the air.

Cisco 1252 stopped at Version 15.2(2)JA1

Anyway to get DHCP process to complete on clients behind 3rd party WGB on Cisco 1252?

Thanks!
