DHCP failed. APIPA being used

I'm trying to obtain an IP address from the dhcp server but it won't work for the PCs except for the Printers which are getting the address from DHCP server just fine. I'm not sure what's really going on here. Please help if you can it is heavily appriciated.

You can exclude as many IP you want but at least the first and second IP of the range as you used one in the router and another in the switch

Tô see the command you look the file I attached. Open the router and run the command "show run"

At the beginning you are going to see

IP dhcp excluded-addresd X.x.x.x

Hi

  You need to configure excluded address to all DHCP scope, otherwise there will be conflict. Everythnig else was correct.
