Hi,
I am working on a small network of L2 and L3 switches with multiple VLANs. Is is possible to get one of the switches to provide DHCP for all the VLANs? I have only ever configured a single scope before.
Thanks

Hi,
yes the dhcp server will know which scope to use by looking at the gia field in the dhcp discover which will have the ip address of the dhcp relay( ip address of the interface where ip helper-address is configured).
Regards.
