Hello Everyone.

Please I need your help.

I have configure DHCP on cisco 9500 Switch. This is the core switch.

This core switch port tengi1/1/1 connected to Distribution SW port ten1/1/1 and both are Trunk port. This trunk port allowed vlan 1200,11201,2005. Vlan 2005 is native vlan both trunk port.

When i connected pc to Distribution SW pc has received ip from DHCP.

But i have other switch has connected to distribution sw which is access switch.

I have configure uplink as trunk and native vlan.

Problem id pc not gating from DHCP server to access switch. Static ip also not working from this native vlan.

Please help

We need some more information to identify what is the problem. Can you post the configuration of the access switch and of the distribution switch? It might also be helpful to have the output of these commands from both the access switch and the distribution switch

show interface trunk

show interface status

show cdp neighbor

Can you confirm the vlan for this host has been created on the access switch and allowed on the trunk?
