When we add a DHCP scope to a 3945 router it causes the router to reboot. We are really scratching our head on this one. Any help would be great.

It is probably a bug in the IOS. Open a ticket with TAC. Most likely they will recommend a new version of IOS.

Check with TAC or look through the bug toolkit.
What version of IOS are you running? I'd ask for a config, but I assume it's just a run of the mill DHCP pool..
