I'm trying to assign Ips to all Networks with one DHCP Server. But the Server only receives the request, but doesn't send anything back. It only works for the Network the Server is a Part of.

Hello,
the problem is simply that on the DHCP server, your pools are configured with 192.168 addresses, while the routers have 192.166 addresses. I changed the DHCP pool IP addressing, attached the working file.

can you share the topology here ?

Didn't I already do this? I included the packet tracer file in my post(as a zip). Or what do you mean?

router that DHCP connect to it must Know all subnet that DHCP is server.
under each router connect to SW you must config IP helper address point to DHCP server, and each router must know how reach the DHCP server.

Oh.... Yeah now it works. Thank you.
(Though the different Networks still can't communicate with each other. No idea why)

Hello,
you also need to change the network statements on all your routers and announce the 192.166 (not 168) networks...

What? Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but I don't really know what you mean. (I'm new to this.)

Hello,
I checked your network again, the RIP statements actually are correct, and I have full connectivity. From which source to which destination IP address can you not ping ?

After some experimenting it seems like the first try always fails and after that it works. Only the connection with the servers never works. (The ones in the same net as the DHCP Server)

Hello,
the first ping always fails, that is expected behavior and due to how ARP works.
