DHCP Snooping Database Agent Documentation

All,

I have configured DHCP Snooping and a DHCP Snooping Database Agent in a lab.  I configured the DHCP Snooping Database Agent according to Release 15.1SY Supervisor Engine 2T Software Configuration Guide. When testing, I get intermittent results. 

Reading various post, I am finding various “gothas”.  An example, you must have NTP running for the DHCP Snooping Database to work.  Is there one definitive document giving specific and prerequisite steps to configuring a DHCP Snooping Database produced by Cisco?
