Difference between 4507R and 4507R-E Chassis

Just a quick question which probably has an obvious answer.

What is the difference between the 4507R and the 4507R-E?

Hi, I have 4507R,     I need Cisco 800-16725-06 CNUQABYAAA.

Is this the same module fan cisco  CNUQABYAAA  and  4507R+E and 800-34877-02 and  4507R  and 800-36697-02  ?
