Hello,
I would like to ask if what is the difference between Upgradable IP Base Layer 3 and IP Services Adv. L3? Focusing specifically to 3750 Catalyst switches.
My understanding is that Upgradable IP Base Layer 3 can be upgraded to IP Services. Is it possible to upgrade IP Services Adv. L3 to IP services?
Thanks,

Hi,
There are basically 3 types of licensees for the 3750 series. 1-Lan Base 2-IP Base 3-IP Servised.
Lan Base is very limited to just layer-3
IP Base is layer-2 and some layer-3 including static route, EIGRP Stub, etc...
IP services gives you all of the above and in addition full dynamic routing capacities including OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VRF Lite, PBR, etc...
