DRAM upgrade in 6500 sup2,MSFC-2

Hi,

1)    I just planing to upgrade the DRAM, currently it has 128MB, now i want to upgrade to 256MB,

       do i want to place 256MB single module or is there is possible to put a nother 128MB

       to upgrade

these are the following modules are there..

WS-X6K-SUP2-2E

WS-F6K_MSFC-2
