Hi,
I need help, recently in one router in our company the following issue occurred:
%DUAL-3-INTERNAL: EIGRP-IPv4
I found information that this is software issue and IOS should be updated, can anyone advice what to do?

Hi,
Its probably a bug in IOS and you need to upgrade, but before you do that call Cisco TAC and send them the output.

I agree with Reza, it could be a problem with the software or hardware. You should open a ticket with the Cisco TAC to prevent any problem in a future.
