Dynamic access and static access

Hello,

When i put this command in privilege mode

show interface fa1/3 switchport

then i see two things there

1- Administrative Mode= dynamic auto

2-Operational Mode= static Access

what is mean of both. thanks

Thanks for your help. I read this article . it is very helpful for me. i got lot of knowledge from this link.

Actually i am new in CCNA and i am learning it myself. I am not learning from any institute because they not teach in depth. 

1-  802.1Q does not encapsulate the original frame. this is only use for VLAN tagging. this protocol provide the format of frame and add 4 bytes in original frame on the trunk link. right?

2- from which IOS version this command has eliminated?

then, how to covert that port as trunk port?
