You don't really say what you are referring to exactly. So just a guess:
You see the keyword "unicast" in the address-family-commad? This is the information what kind of routes EIGRP communicates with it's neighbors. And that are typically IPv4 unicast routes. It has nothing to do with the transport that is used to talk to the neighbors. That is still multicast/unicast as before.
