We Know that Cisco change Exam rule after 24 February.

My Switch exam will expire in February but I passed Route exam in January . so both of exam active same time . and After February I wait Enterprise Core Certified but I does not find this Certified after I opened Case Cisco Reply me:

Cisco Support:Thank you for contacting the Cisco Certification and Communities Support Team. My name is Jun, and I am the owner of your case xxxxxx.

I have checked your profile and it seems like you did not meet the required exams to get the Enterprise Core Certificate. You passed the exam ROUTE January this year yet your SWITCH exam has expired Feb 20, 2020.

In order for you to get the Enterprise Core Certificate, your ROUTE and SWITCH should be both active.

I have 1 Question why does not active my Switch exam ? but I passed route exam before 24 Februrary

I update Case but I am waiting again supports reply

It appears that things have changed. In order to get a Cisco Certified Network Professional
(CCNP) you need to pass 2 exams as follows:

Passing one core exam and one
concentration exam in the same
technology

see page-2 in this link:

Passing ROUTE exam does not Renew SWITCH exams. Passing Pro level exam only renews all active same-level Certs as well as lower ones but not individual exams.

There is a Rule of 3 years; All exam in the specific track ( like CCNP RS, Sec, Vocie, etc )  MUST be passed withing 3 years of each others.

In other words, You have 3 years to finish certification.  this means pass all exams inside of CCNP RS (all 3)  withing 3 years of passing 1st exam in the track.

From reply, I see you have only ROUTE  valid, but not SWITCH. SWITCH exam has expired Feb 20, 2020;  The conversion old -to-new cert happened on Feb 23rd or 24th, so bad luck, your exam expired just before conversion date.

Any Qs specific to Certs please go to https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/s/

3-year-to-finish Rule is somewhere in FAQ on support page
