The message is Port Gi12: Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) reply messages dropped for non-existing or disconnected devices on this interface.
Message is informational as it can happen when DHCP request was sent for the host but when reply comes back mac address of host is not present in the table (which means host went away, or link down to the host etc).
