error "Unkown cmd" and "line too long" switch

when I want to recover my 2960 switch in rommon mode with xmodem command, It shows me these errors. when I reset the switch, still shoes these errors:

Hello Milad,

This looks like you have not started the proper copy command before starting the file transfer. The switch has to be prepared to receive the file beforehand - you cannot just start transferring the IOS image file.

I suggest you proceed following these commands:

flash_init
! This initializes the access to the FLASH memory
set BAUD 115200
! This command will set the console speed to 115200 bps immediately
! You will need to reconfigure your terminal software accordingly immediately after this command
copy xmodem:FILENAME flash:FILENAME
! After entering the copy command, start the Xmodem-1k transfer in your terminal software
unset BAUD
! This returns the console speed back to 9600 bps
! You will need to reconfigure your terminal software accordingly again immediately after this command
boot
! This command shall start booting the IOS you have just transferred

Please note that the FILENAME must exactly match the name of the IOS image file you are transferring. When entering these commands, do not use any special keys or characters like TAB or arrow keys, as the bootloader prompt does not support them and will not even accept your commands. Enter the full commands manually as indicated here, and if a typo is done, you have to delete the entire line to the point of the typo, correct it and type the remainder of the command line again.
