Error while copying ios from tftp to switch

Hi all,

i am trying to copy IOS  from my TFTP server which is on laptop to cisco 3548xl  switch

my curent tftp directory on laptop is c\windows\system32

filename is c3500xl-c3h2s-mz.120-5.WC17.bin

3548XL#copy tftp:

i ran this command
3548XL#copy tftp:\\192.168.1.3_c:\windows\system32\tftp c3500xl-c3h2s-mz.120-5.WC17.bin
Address or name of remote host [192.168.1.50]? 3548xl
Source filename [\\192.168.1.3_c:\windows\system32\tftp]? c3500xl-c3h2s-mz.120-5.WC17.bin
